On this project the whole roof was re-coated using Johnstone's Steel and Cladding coating system.
There was evidence of corrosion, paint fading and flaking.
This prolonged the life of the building and reduced the risk of leakages which would damage any goods stored within the warehouse.
We suggested using our seamsil service on the roofs which had lower gradients.
This is because instead of the rain flowing into the gutters, it tend to sit, thus exposing the cladding to more weathering. this means greater corrosion, particularly at the cut edges.
On the same project both services where used but only where necessary.
Once completed a 10 year guarantee was provided and the customer was satisfied with the service.
Stratford-Upon-Avon College Recently built, the stratford-upon-avon performing arts college is state of the art.
During building works, the client requested the internal cladded cielings to be coated in a specialist paint, however this addition was over-looked and thus cladding coatings where called in after completion.
A highly complicated and delicate task, all surrounds where to be masked and protected from paint over spray.
The finish result was emaculate and the client was very pleased.
