1. Cladding Coating System - Externally & Internally
This system is not just re painting your existing cladding with ordinary trade gloss. We use specialist painting products and a rigorous preparation process which brings us to the end result of a 'brand new' premises provided with a guarantee if requested.
Gutters and valley gutters are the weak points on roofs, water will sit in them and corrode away at the metal. This system will fully treat your gutters and give you peace of mind that your rain water system is 'working as it should'.
By carrying out our Roof Light Treatment on your premises you will see immediate results. It will improve the working conditions found in your premises due to the increased natural light found inside and your electric costs will fall as you may find, as previous customers of mine have, that you no longer require lighting during the day.
This really is a win win service becuase you will see it actually pay for itself in under twelve months due to electricity bill savings but after this you will actually be making money from the service.
A very popular service at Cladding Coatings and not to forget good for the environment!
4. Roller shutter Door/ Loading Bay Door Re-Painting
Rejuvenate your roller shutter doors which find themselves subject to intense wear and tear. This system will improve the appearance of your premises and also helping with deliveries and on site traffic.
The Cut Edge of a plastisol coated cladding sheet is the Achilles heel of premises built with it and usually the first point to show signs of peeling.
Act now and deal with the matter before it gets worse. Cladding Coatings will fully cure your cut edge corrosion problems and we are approved applicators with the 'Giromax Seamsil Sealant System'.
Re-coating of pre finished cladding is inevitable and unavoidable at some point in the claddings lifetime.
When Should You Call Us?
As a general rule of thumb, plastisol coated steel cladding has a lifespan of around 15 years.
Cause:
When the cut edges of coated metal cladding are exposed to the elements, for prolonged periods of time, delamination may occur in the form of peel back of the factory coating. The unprotected metal substrate then becomes exposed to rusting and corrosion. This is more likely to occur on roofs.
